About

  • The Pharmacy Department is located on the 3rd floor of the Institute. The department is very spacious and has a Laboratory, Tutorial Room,  a Balance room and a separate Cabin for HOD and Reader.

  • The Subject is taught in BHMS 1st Prof.  and is a core Homoeopathic subject of the curriculum. The Syllabus comprises of Theoritical and Practical aspect, to be done in Pharmaceutical Lab.  

  • The department is very spacious,  with proper Ventilation and well equipped with all the necessary Pharmaceutical instruments for students to learn different Practical Methods and Procedures involved in Preparation of Homoeopathic Medicines.  

  • Students even have the facility to access the well equipped departmental Library for Reference. The Students are taught Methods of Potentisation, Trituration and Succussion, different methods of Preparation of Mother Tinctures, Different External Applications and numerous other Practicals to clear the basics of Pharmacy as a subject.  The department has many Charts,  Monographs and Slides used for Identification of Drugs 

  • The Department has an experienced Teaching faculty involved in teaching program fulfilling the CCH minimum requirements of the undergraduates BHMS course.

  • The faculty members are also keenly involved in various Research projects. 

  • The Department has finest museum comprising of Working Models prepared by the Students on their own, as their Project Submission to enhance their Practical skills. 

  • A well-equipped Lab with well airy & ventilated demonstration rooms, Lecture halls, best equipped with Audio-visual teaching aids, like overhead projectors, computers, printers, LCD projector and the Museum of Working Models made by Students makes the Pharmacy Department, very unique, advanced and best of its Kind Pan India like Globule making machine,  Automatic Trituration and Succussion machine,  Tablet making machine etc. 

  • Students are highly motivated for Learning,  Research and also encouraged for active participation in Extracurricular activities in a way to prepare them for Practical exposure in field.
